Week 1 - 70% x 1 x 15 sets 1 min rest
Week 2 - 75% x 1 x 12 sets 1 min rest
Week 3 - 80% x 1 x 10 sets 1 min rest
Week 4 - 87% x 1 x 6 sets 2 min rest
Week 5 - 94% x 1 x 5 sets 3 min rest (Above)
Week 6 - Max effort

Week 1 to week 3 - 7 days between deadlift sessions
After week 3 take 10 days between deadlift sessions
