Training Day 5-27-07 & 5-28-07: Change of pace on workouts
Last week we set a lot of personal records.  This week I am trying something new for 3 weeks.  I am going to do 1 or 2
events that relate to my daily weight room workout.  Today was a dynamic speed bench day.  I trained Log push press.  
Tomorrow is a max effort lower body day so I will train my deadlift, stones, and auxiliary lifts  You get the idea.  We also
made another stone today.  I weighed a few of our stones.  The weights were off so now we are making stones that will
weigh what we need them to weigh.  I will update this when we are done making the stones.

Scott is in Oklahoma for the next 2 months.  He is still
getting it done.
Bill was a little blown up on 5-27-07 from a saturday
workout.  He set a pr with his stone lift.
Rob is in Maryland and will be back next Sunday.
