The show was well run and had great events. The competition was excellent. There were 10 heavyweight
competitors. The order of events were as follows (My result is next to each event):
1. Log clean & press (250lbs, tie 5th)
2. Deadlift for reps (600lbs x 3, 5th)
3. Farmers walk (280 each hand for 100' in 44.4 sec, 2nd place)
4. Medley (600 yoke 50', 700 tire x 6 flips, 400 tire drag 50' in 1:18, 2nd place)
5. Stone load (275, 290, 310, 335, 390 in 45 seconds, 2nd place)
It was a great day for me personally because I met all of my goals. Check out the videos!
