Who I am
Currently the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Sports at the
University of Florida.  I train elite level college and Olympic athletes.  My passion in
life is training athletes and myself.  I love training Florida athletes because they
share the same passion for their training as I do for mine.  The sports I have the
privilege to train are Volleyball, Swimming & Diving, & all Field Events.  Have helped
train athletes to 36 NCAA individual championships and 124 SEC individual
championships. Additionally,  our athletes have earned 625 All-America honors in my
8 years. Have  trained some of the world’s greatest athletes, including three-time
Olympic gold medalist swimmer Ryan Lochte. Also worked with 33 athletes in the
2008 Olympics and 27 in the 2004 Olympics.

*Spoke at the 2010 University of Florida Clinic on "Strongman Training for Athletes."
* Speak yearly at the Gator Volleyball camps to coaches on basic training for Volleyball.

* Privileged to be a part of 7 SEC Volleyball Championships and a NCAA Runner-up
* Also privileged to be a part of 4 Women's and 3 Men's Track & Field SEC
Championships.
* Honored to be a part of the Women's Swimming SEC Championship of 2008-2009
* Honored to be a part of  the Men's Swimming 4th place NCAA Finish in 2007.
